Responsabilities

• Develop and optimize detailed daily maintenance plans based on preventive, corrective, and predictive needs.

• Prioritize work orders according to equipment criticality, safety, and plant operational requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to align schedules and reduce equipment downtime.
• Ensure availability of required resources (labor, parts, tools, and permits).
• Monitor and manage the backlog in the SAP.
• Troubleshoot failures in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Analyze root causes of failures (RCFA) and recommend long-term solutions.
• Monitor condition-based maintenance metrics using vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
• Participate in outage planning, execution, and post-outage reviews.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships for specialized maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Prometheus, is a plus. 
• Prior experience in Planning or Maintenance, highly preferred.
