We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to join our team as a Business Analyst & Administrative Support Specialist. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic analysis with day-to-day administrative operations. Business Analysis
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for performance optimization.
Assist in project planning, tracking, and documentation.
Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate team engagements.
Prepare and distribute communications, reports, and meeting minutes.
Maintain organized records and documentation, including contracts, purchase requisitions, and project files.
