People Data Systems Analyst
We are seeking a People Data Systems Analyst to provide day-to-day system administration, integration support, and reporting solutions for our HR people data systems including, but not limited to, Workday Adaptive Planning and One Model. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial modeling, seamless data integrations, and effective user support. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business acumen to optimize system performance and deliver actionable insights.
Core Responsibilities
Manage user access, security roles, and metadata (accounts, dimensions, attributes, etc.).
Run and troubleshoot integrations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Troubleshoot and explain system formulas and calculations to end-users.
Create and troubleshoot reports and dashboards.
Build new models, update existing models, and maintain analytics solutions.
Enable advanced analytics for HR and business stakeholders.
Provide day-to-day assistance, resolve issues, and train users on system functionality.
Partner with Finance (FP&A, accounting) and HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across planning, analytics and reporting processes. Recommend system enhancements and evaluate new systems’ releases for potential adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
SQL knowledge for integration changes and troubleshooting.
Bachelor´s Degree required
- Experience with Workday (prior hands-on experience using Workday is required)
Experience as an HR or Finance system administrator (Adaptive experience preferred but not required).
Understanding of system structures (levels, dimensions, attributes, GL accounts).
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
Proficiency in English.
