Enjoy your visit with us and please remember the following key safety points:
- Use handrails as you walk up and down stairs or consider taking the elevator.
- Be mindful in areas where liquids may have spilled, like near beverage stations or in restroom.
- Please stay in the areas adjacent to the Summit event – there are open meeting spaces nearby available for your use.
- In case of an emergency weather event, you will be directed to the lower-level garage for shelter.
- In the event we need to leave the building our muster point is the second tier of the parking lot.
- If you are uncertain what to do in an emergency, seek guidance from an AES person.
Registration is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on the morning of the event.
Yes. The Accelerated Future Library is currently open and will remain open for a period of time after the event.
Yes. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and a cocktail hour with light appetizers will be part of the event. Any dietary restrictions that you provided during online registration will be taken into account.
No. While you eventually have to make a choice, you are welcome to wait until the last moment.
