Solar
Solar energy provides clean, predictable and cost-effective energy while allowing for the land to be used for agriculture. We help businesses, utilities, and communities transition to solar by rapidly developing the scalable projects.
Wind
Wind energy creates clean, reliable energy, local revenue, and is compatible with existing farming practices. We capture the maximum value of this natural resource by building wind farms at scale.
Hydro

Energy Storage
Energy storage offers an array of services to make the grid more reliable and provide backup power for businesses. Our company developed the world’s first utility-scale battery-based energy storage system in 2009 and remains an industry pioneer.
Natural gas flexible capacity
AES ensures electric reliability by providing flexible, natural gas capacity to meet the quickly changing needs of a renewable-based grid. We are the largest importer of US LNG in Central America and the Caribbean, exceeding $1 billion annually.
